HOW TO REMOVE YOUR WEBSITE OR BLOG FROM ALEXA?

What Is AlexaRank?

Alexa.com offers a search engine, a directory and a toolbar (among other services). It also has a resource called Alexa Traffic Rankings (click the traffic rankings tab at the top when you get to Alexa.com), which is what we are focusing on when we study AlexaRank. You can input any domain name into the traffic rankings form and Alexa will spit out the current ranking data for that site.

The AlexaRank blue bar is a snapshot representation of the full Alexa traffic rankings, which include graphs that track the history of practically every website online, or at least every site Alexa “touches” or is exposed to via it’s toolbar. Each site has ranking number, the lower the number the better, which is an aggregate of the last three months of traffic data.

How to remove your website or blog from alexa?

If we have delete our old site and see it in the alexa dashbord with other sites,  we are tired adn want to delete this site from alexa ranking.. Foolow my steps to remove your website or blog from alex....

First of all you need to login in to your alexa acount...

1) Goto your dashboard, For example I ant to remove this site from alexa.

  2) Now click on your email and then Acount Management . As shown in screen shot.

3) Now click on Site Settings, as shown figure.

4) Now you will see the list of your sites... Choose you site that you want to remove from alexa and than clickRemove Site, As shown in figure.

5) Congrats you are done.. Your site has been remove from Alexa Ranking.
